Dr. Krishnaroop Chaudhuri

Krishnaroop joined the University of Kentucky in October 2020 as a postdoctoral scholar to work in Dr. Jonathan Pham’s Soft Materials and Interfaces group in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering. He works in the field of surface properties and rheology of wetting in polymers. He completed his PhD from AcSIR in CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory where he worked on the rheology of polyethylene blends, and a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS Pilani, both in India. Outside work, Krishnaroop engages in cooking, trivia, and long-distance running.
